The public site is currently limited to product information and a waitlist. This policy describes the information involved in those functions.

Information you submit

The waitlist form collects your email address, the page where you submitted the request, the submission time, and an internal request status. The public site does not currently collect payment details or create member accounts.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may record standard server information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security or error logs. This information supports delivery, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and site security.

How information is used

Waitlist information is used to record your request, review capacity, contact you about an available intake, respond to related questions, maintain business records, and protect the service.

Service providers

Waitlist submissions are processed and stored using Airtable. Hosting and other infrastructure providers may process limited technical information needed to operate the site. These providers operate under their own terms and security practices.

Sale of personal information

eSource Financial does not sell personal information collected through the waitlist.

Retention

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to manage the waitlist, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. A request may be removed when it is no longer needed, subject to records we are required or permitted to retain.

Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards are used to protect information. No online service or third-party platform can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your waitlist information through the current contact path. Applicable rights and exceptions vary by jurisdiction.

Children

The site and membership offer are not directed to children or minors.

Changes

This policy will be updated before the site adds materially different data collection, account creation, payment processing, analytics, or other member functions.
